The large main bathroom has his and hers sinks and a Jacuzzi bath. Two twin bedded rooms, one with an additional single bed and double settee bed in the lounge.

Further Information

Each apartment comes with fully furnished kitchen (including washing machine, dishwasher and microwave) and private bathrooms. Due to Covid restrictions we are asking all guests to bring their own bedding, towels, toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, tea towels and any other products you might require for your stay. The apartments will be cleaned before and after your stay.

To make this process easier for our skeleton staff we are operating a Friday changeover for Portledge, Peppercombe and Kingsley and a Saturday changeover for Lundy, Trimstone, Shelly and Clovelly ,a Sunday changeover for Hartland, Williamson, Georgeham, Pickwell and Sealawn.

The heaters are all electric.

Please note that due to Covid-19 restrictions and our business being in a transitional mode the following is NOT provided:

  • Where is Croyde Bay?

    Croyde is a village on the west-facing coastline of North Devon, England. The village lies on the South West Coast Path near to Baggy Point, which is owned by the National Trust. It lies within the North Devon Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

  • What time is check in and check out?

    Check in after 4pm and check out before 10am.

  • Can you bring pets?

    No pets allowed, sorry!

  • Is there parking available?

    There is one allocated parking space per apartment and they are signed.

  • Can guests visit?

    Yes, but please be mindful of the other residents. Guests cannot park or stay overnight.

  • Will I receive booking information and instructions after confirmation?

    Yes, you will be sent a letter informing you about your stay with instructions.

  • Are there communal areas?

    Yes, there is communal landscaping and BBQ area. Each apartment benefits from some private outside space (either balcony or chairs and table outside the apartment)

  • How close are the local amenities?

    The shops, pubs, café’s and restaurants are a short 10-15 minute walk into Croyde Village and there is a beach café, shop and pizza van on your doorstep.

  • Can I hire wetsuits and surfboards?

    Yes, there are plenty of local options.

  • What address do I need for my sat nav?

    Croyde Bay Holidays, Beach Road, Moor Lane, Croyde, EX33 1NZ will take you directly to the door.

  • Are there any restaurants & pubs in Croyde?

    Yes, there are several local and further out: The Thatch, Billy Budds, The Manor, Blue Groove, Rock Inn (Georgeham), Kings Arms (Georgeham), Saunton Sands Cafe (Saunton) and some amazing Street Food vendors.

  • Is there a supermarket nearby?

    Yes, Braunton has a large Tesco and a Co-op along with lots of little surf shops, boutiques, cafes, bank etc.

    Tesco will deliver but you will need to be on-site to meet them at point of delivery.

  • Can we use the communal BBQ area?

    Yes, but please clear up after yourselves and keep an eye on the fire. Also, please bring charcoal and firelighters – this is not supplied.

  • Are there other beaches locally?

    Saunton and Putsborough are 2 miles each side of Croyde. Both are sandy and have good parking options.

  • Are there walking and cycling options?

    The South West Coast Path is all around you. For trail cycling there’s the Tarka Trail accessible from nearby Braunton (bike hire available too). For more information on the local area please see www.northdevon.com
